  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onions
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, mix chicken strips with minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from heat.
  3. Make the Garlic Sauce: In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise), lemon juice, and garlic powder until smooth.
  4. Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a plate. Spread a spoonful of garlic sauce, then layer with lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced onions, and cooked chicken.
  5. Fold and Serve: Fold the bottom edge of the tortilla up, then fold in the sides and roll tightly. Cut in half and serve immediately.
